Guided by engineering preferences and supplemented with physical measurements, our AI generates a 3D render in under half an hour. This design is then reviewed and refined by engineers to ensure perfection.
Next, we perform thermal management analysis with advanced software to optimize heat dissipation, ensuring long lifespans and exceptional energy efficiency, often surpassing new LED luminaires. Every LED insert undergoes rigorous safety checks and is tested in third-party laboratories, both as a standalone unit and within the original luminaire housing. Once all tests are cleared, the sample is prepared and shipped to you, guaranteeing unmatched quality and reliability.

Yes, all Luxega LED inserts is waterproof, available in IP65, IP66, or IP67 ratings. Depending on project needs, we adjust to ensure durability, even in harsh seaside environments. The existing lamp housing acts as a fixed holder, protecting against all weather conditions.

No, using our LED inserts does not affect your warranty. Luxega provides a 5- or 7 year warranty on all our LED inserts. In most cases, the existing lamp housing no longer carries any warranty, and original manufacturers often do not offer LED inserts that fit as seamlessly or perform as well as ours. Our solution ensures quality, reliability, and superior performance.

The minimum order quantity for Luxega LED inserts is 30 pieces. For new designs, a starting fee of EUR 450 applies to cover the AI process, engineering, machinery, and parts. In some cases, Luxega may waive this fee for well-known luminaire designs. Regardless, orders must meet the 30-piece minimum requirement.

At Luxega, our pricing for LED inserts is transparent and flexible. A sample is always available for a flat fee of EUR 450, covering the initial design, CE documents, light measurements, lifetime documents, engineering, and materials. The final price of the LED insert depends on the complexity of the materials and the engineering process. Samples are typically ready for installation, complete with all safety documentation, within 2-4 weeks. After confirmation of the sample the project delivery times ranges from 6-12 weeks, depending on quantity and the end product requirements.
