To support this, we offer tailored financing solutions for projects with a return on investment (ROI) of three years or more. Our financing options are designed to align with the energy savings generated by our LED solutions, often allowing repayments to be offset by reduced electricity costs. This approach ensures that the upgrade is financially viable and sustainable.

For projects with an ROI of less than two years, we recommend direct investment, as the swift payback period may render financing unnecessary.

  • We finance 70 % and we do that with a 3-6 % interest rate based on the country. The amount we finance in this solution is up to EUR 50,000.

  • In this solution we need a 30 % upfront payment and payment intervals is every month.

  • This solution is for larger project based on above 5,000 pcs street lights. We finance 85 % together with EIFO - The danish export credit fund.

  • Following the due diligence process, EIFO requires a 15% upfront payment, with the remaining balance typically spread across quarterly installments. These payments are often offset by energy savings, making this financing solution particularly attractive for municipalities across Europe.

  • This solution is suitable for the largest infrastructure projects. We co-operate with EIFO - The danish export credit fund. The financed amount is 70 % and this solution can almost be used all over the World.

  • If the government or municipality passes the due diligence process, EIFO requires a 30% upfront payment. The remaining balance is typically divided into quarterly installments, ensuring a structured and manageable payment plan.
